Jet Set Radio World Tour

Designed for the Brickfish.com "Box Art/Game Art" Cover Contest back in June of 2007. My entry was rather last minute and received very little attention. Jet Set Radio was one of my favorite games on the Sega Dreamcast and it was sad to see the series die out. I'm not sure if Sega has any plans to release an addition to the series but if they do, a World Tour game wouldn't be bad at all.

Looking back on the design I notice quite a few things I wasn't successful at back then; mainly typography but also the balance of the back cover. I still love the piece and I even have it printed out and placed in one of my PSP game boxes. I also broke one of my UMD cases just so I can put the print out in and make it look authentic. I should probably work on a booklet.

Also, the character on the back is an original character developed and drawn by me. Details about her later (I still plan on doing a piece with her).
